Animal Care & Adoption Center Second Chance Program
The Second Chance Program is a partnership between ARTEX Animal Welfare and Animal Care & Adoption Center of Texarkana, AR to train dogs from the ACAC in basic obedience in order to make them more adoptable.
We are excited to announce our partnership with Sue Hanson of My Awesome Pawtner Assistance Dogs. Sue will be involved in the training and coordination of this program.
