Animal Cruelty is a Community Issue; whether it is neglect, intentional abuse or deliberate abandonment!
It is a public problem, a government problem, a taxpayer problem and a law enforcement problem!

| WHO WE ARE ….. AND ARE NOT!
We are ADVOCATES – NOT ACTIVISTS! We work within the community and legal systems to be the representative voice of the animals.
We are NOT a branch or affiliate of the ASPCA, which is located in New York City. We ARE a local group of concerned individuals who follow the guidelines of ASPCA to protect animals from actions that constitute cruelty, neglect and abandonment.
We are NOT Animal Control! Animal Control is a government entity that enforces animal codes and picks up strays that are housed at the animal shelter.
We ARE VOLUNTEERS and depend on FOSTER HOMES to shelter and care for the animals we rescue. We do not receive monies from City, County, State or Federal governments |
